Deck of Many Encounters was designed to be as compatible as possible with the fifth edition of the world’s oldest RPG, but it should work with any d20-based fantasy RPG with little or no conversion. The encounters are meant to be interesting and diverse. Although they should be solvable by parties at any level, they will pose the greatest challenge to low-level characters.
